OUR MISSION: Bringing Others to Christ through our ACTIONS, WORDS & DEEDS...

Hospitality: Risking Welcome

by Helen R. Neinast and David O. Jenkins

What does it mean to give and receive welcome? What can we learn from this practice?

And why is it risky?

In this study, Helen R. Neinast and David O. Jenkins help us to understand why hospitality is basic to our lives as Christians. David O. Jenkins has a lifelong commitment to studying and living the way in which the Christian faith impacts and changes life, especially in urban areas. A longtime member of L’Arche International, he formerly served as Executive Director of the Christian Council of Metropolitan Atlanta, which operated four homeless shelters and a refugee resettlement ministry.

    Go and Do (6 weeks)
Together, supported by the leader guide, the group will create and implement an action plan for applying and embodying hospitality in their own lives.
