If you have children, then you would be interested to know that we have activity packages and "Children's Church" during the Sunday morning worship service.  Are you curious about our education offerings on Sunday mornings?  If so, then go to the Sunday School information available right here on the web.  Wondering what type of message you will hear on Sunday mornings?  Be sure and listen to last Sundays message by going to our online Sermons.  No matter what your interest (Bible Study, Mission Outreach, Music, Spiritual Growth, etc.) hopefully, we have something for you right here at Chappell Hill United Methodist.

Drop By For a Visit
Our regular Sunday Service Times are posted on the website.  We would love for you to join us on Sunday as we give praise to the Lord and honor Him in worship.  The church office is open Monday through Thursday from 10:00am to 12:00 p.m.  Feel free to drop by for a visit anytime you are in the area.  The church office is located directly across from the church sanctuary in our Adult Ministries Building.

How to Join:

During each worship service, the pastor extends an invitation to those seeking a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and membership in Chappell Hill United Methodist Church.  Those who desire to respond are asked to come forward at the close of the worship service.  The pastor will be waiting to greet them and they may join Chappell Hill United Methodist by:

Profession of Faith: You would like to acknowledge Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for the first time publicly before the Church, as represented by the pastor.  If you have never been baptized, we will teach you its meaning and schedule a time for you and others to be baptized in a future service.

Reaffirmation of Faith: You have previously professed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, have been baptized, and would like to reaffirm your faith in Jesus Christ.  You would like to become a member of Chappell Hill United Methodist Church, but have not been an active member of another Christian church for a few years.  People who have been actively worshiping with us, but have not officially joined Chappell Hill United Methodist Church may become members on "Reaffirmation Sunday," as well, along with others who desire to reaffirm their faith in Jesus Christ.

Transfer of Church Membership: You have previously professed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, have been baptized, and would like to reaffirm your faith in Jesus Christ.  You have been a member of another Christian church recently and would like us to send for a transfer of your letter to our congregation.  Baptized children or youth who have not been through Confirmation are received as baptized members and given the opportunity to go through Confirmation classes.  Upon their desire to profess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, they will then be received as full members of Chappell Hill United Methodist Church.
